1. What time should I arrive for my initial assessment appointment?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your initial appointment in order to have enough time to fill out your patient history and medical forms.

3. What should I bring to my group fitness class?
Please bring appropriate indoor runners, a water bottle, and anything else your instructor advises ahead of time.
4. Do you have showers at your facility?
Yes we have a shower to use at our facility should you wish to shower after your session or class.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment for physiotherapy, athletic therapy, or reconditioning. This is because we usually have a waiting list for appointment slots and can fill up an empty slot with enough advance notice. As per our cancellation policy, should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a $25.00 fee will be charged to your account.
6. What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and personal cheque.
7. Do you direct bill?
Yes! We direct bill most insurers including: WCB, MPI, Blue Cross, Great-West Life, Sunlife,
Chambers of Commerce, Medevie, Greenshield, and Manulife. If your insurance plan is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss whether we can add your insurance provider.
