Group Classes, One-on-One Training & More
Prairie Fitness & Rehab has plenty of fitness programs to offer all fitness levels! From small group classes, to one-on-one personal training, we can help you achieve your fitness goals.
Prairie Fitness & Rehab offers free consultations for anyone interested in any of our fitness program. Additionally, if you see a group class you think you may be interested in, but are unsure as to whether you would like to commit to a full session, you can try one class for FREE!
All of our classes are pro-rated, meaning if you know you will be missing classes, you are only charged for what you use. Our facility features a full-service gym with filtered water, towel service, and a shower. Class sizes are caped at 8 to 10 participants to keep class sizes small and intimate.

NOTICE: COVID-19 TRAINING UPDATE
Our first priority is our client's health and safety. As such, we have implemented some changes to our fitness training. We will be offering our small group fitness classes at 50% capacity (4 participants max) and all clients will have to undergo health screening prior to their class or session. Our changing room areas, towel and water service will be temporarily suspended until further notice, so please come changed and ready to workout and don't forget your water bottle!
We will be sanitizing all equipment after each use and will limit shared-use equipment. Upon entry, we will ask clients to sanitize their hands. After each class or training session, our gym will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
